Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use BondForge. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
BondForge is a relationship-management tool with an AI assistant ("Mark") that helps you plan, draft and track networking. BondForge is currently in beta and free to use. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans in the future. We'll tell you before anything you use starts costing money.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
- Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share accounts.
Your content
You own everything you put into BondForge. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, including sending relevant parts to our AI provider when you use Mark. You can export or delete your content at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't use BondForge to spam, harass or deceive anyone, or to store information you have no right to use.
- Don't attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits.
- Don't use BondForge for anything illegal.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI suggestions
Mark's drafts, plans and research are suggestions. They can be incomplete or wrong, so review everything before you send or rely on it. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf; you decide what goes out.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep BondForge available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, especially during the beta. Keep your own export of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BondForge isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero).
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, and you'll have the chance to export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use BondForge means you accept the updated terms.
